Yeah, I think deep learning transformers (the underlying architecture behind pretty much everything that's being marketed as "AI") certainly have their uses and have some promising potential future applications (I even think it's possible that they could eventually form the basis for a real AGI or maybe a hosted natural intelligence), but LLMs are mostly a dead end technology, a highly inefficient, unethically-created toy with no good use cases.
