"Staff are angry after three senior, respected medics left the hospital for speaking out about a controversial redevelopment."
Did they leave it for speaking out? That's not a thing. Either they left after speaking out, or thy were fired/suspended for it.

Also, from a union/community organiser perspective, Albury Wodonga health just found out who the natural workplace leaders are.
It's really something you want to figure out before you fire them.
