NixOS is not meant for everyone and never will be. Even though I was a NixOS user for 4-5 months, I trully believe that reproducible envs are kind of remarkable. People who take for granted that "NixOS is not a real Linux distro" is cuz they didn't even used a Linux distro in the first place
