I seem to have finally succumbed to the cold that Mrs S and Bobby had last week 
yesterday felt very achy and lethargic, I'm still contemplating whether to go to the shop this afternoon, my head is saying NO! I really shouldn't risk spreading this around, but I know I will miss the change of scene, SELFISH!!!
