If you install keepass (not keepassxc) on the most recent version of linux mint, there is a problem: The buttons in dialog boxes are unlabeled so that you can't be sure what option you are choosing.
I fixed this on my laptop (hopefully without causing long-term problems) like this:
1) Downloaded remediation script
2) Removed the section that says "check os" (otherwise I'd get an error)
3) saved and made executable
4) ran script in terminal
